We don't have a sales team, scripted pitches, or a "discovery process" that's really a four-step funnel. It's just one tradie who turned into a web guy talking to another tradie about getting more work.
Most Ground Workflow clients are owner-operated trade businesses based in Townsville and the surrounding suburbs — electricians, plumbers, painters, builders, concreters, landscapers, roofers, tilers, and similar service-based businesses. If you're a tradie who's tired of paying for marketing you don't understand and not seeing the work to show for it, we're probably a good fit. We also work with other small local service businesses outside the trades where the same principles apply (local search, clear websites, real lead generation).
